I had a very disappointing experience at Anaheim Dental on Cotella Avenue. The financial coordinator, Teresa, and her supervisor escalated a simple conversation into a confrontation and even threatened to call the police, falsely claiming they were “in fear for their lives.” I never yelled, cursed, or behaved aggressively — I was calm the entire time. Their behavior was completely unprofessional and made me feel humiliated and disrespected as a patient.

The dentists are ok i guess but office staff are terrible. They are very discourteous despite I use a wheelchair. I wish I could get a refund of all services performed. It’s very close is the inly reason I have gone there and they have very kate hours some nights but they treat disabled people like sheet
They are professional but it's like going to a used car lot i went to another dentist for a second opinion and what they said my insurance didn't cover the second dentist said everything was covered by my insurance not cool trying to get $2,400 from me and having me leave in excruciating pain that was not cool at all i would not recommend them to anyone whatsoever. Every time my husband goes here he is so PISSED. Why? Because the wait time is unacceptable. You can book a month ahead and confirm your appointment. MINIMUM 4 hour wait guaranteed. But they messed up some expensive dental procedures so he has to go back to get them fixed. So if you have a lot of free time and like to sit in a chair for hours, then go right ahead. Also you get to listen to a dentist talk about her person life for hours on end as well.
