horrible experience. staffs were under trained and front desk was no help at all. Call to ask about service just to be put on hold twice and forgotten, second time front desk rudely hung up. Went in person, sat there for an hour before getting tended to. Over all the worst dentist experience I’ve ever had if you can even call this place an operational facility
This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a dental office. The level of service, communication, and professionalism was completely unacceptable. I went there expecting to have my tooth cleaned. They did an exam, then left me sitting in the dental chair for an hour and a half with practically no explanation. Nobody came to properly explain what was going on or why I was being left waiting that long. Then I was charged $75, again without a clear explanation of exactly what I was being charged for. Horrible. They just want to take out teeth and put implants.
seriously the best dentist visit i have ever had. i was so nervous about needing a filling but they tuned the music to my spotify and walked me through every step so i wouldnt freak out. staff were all super friendly even when i had a milkshake mishap in the waiting room lol. i ususally dread these appointments but i would definately go back for anything. whole vibe is just chill and professional at the same time... nice change of pace.
