I was having a very frustrating issue with a Kinco MK series PLC/HMI. After receiving no response directly from Kinco, I contacted Anaheim Automation Inc. in desperation seeking help. Darren Henry, Applications Engineer was very kind to respond and try to help. He gave me the key insight that solved my issue that had plagued me for weeks. Anaheim Automation has earned my business moving forward.

I was speaking to a representative asking about a motor and after beginning the conversation politely the representative begin laughing at my questions. I ended the call and though that this might just be the person I was talking too, but I called in a few weeks later to ask a different question. A completely different representative started laughing at me, so I just hung up. I know my knowledge of motors is limited, aka why I was asking the questions, but just seems incredibly rude to laugh at your customers. No idea if the... read more

Our business entered the realm of stepper motors a few weeks ago and had a week deadline to get our project done. Most places basically told us to kick rocks but Anaheim Automation took the time to hear us out on our needs, spec'd motors/drivers/transformers for our application, and had the parts for us the next day, available locally. We also had some issues getting it setup (our fault) and they took the time to meet with us and show us the way. Thank you Curtis, Bob, and Anaheim Automation.
