Was this provider friendly? Yes Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

This doctor was opinionated, pushy, did not respect right to pregnant couple's decisions, misbilled first visit causing unnecessary copay, office staff rude, doctor petty over misbilled $25.00 copay, refused to reimburse patient.

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with.
