I was nervous at first, reading all of the negative reviews about this procedure. I guess I never thought I would need anything like this done. I chose Dr Medsinge because they were located close to my home. Next time I would choose her because she is really good! All of my office visits were on time and I was kept informed on everything to expect. The office staff were personable. The surgery was successful and I can see more around me with brighter lights. I was at the Southpointe office for my wife’s appointment and I already had an appointment scheduled for July 8th, but she squeezed me in that day for the removal of a stye, which was a very nice!
Very nice facility everyone was really compassionate.The Dr. took a lot of time to evaluate my condition,and went through everything .They also got me in early.
The Dr and all staff were very pleasant, patient and kind. Very professional. I had a little surgical procedure that went very well and virtually painless. Very impressed and relaxed.
