I've tried to have them bill secondary insurance for almost a year and they still haven't done it! I've sent emails to THREE different addresses and NO ONE GETS BACK TO ME! If I could give no stars, I would.
I tried calling the number, the directions recording kept cutting out, it only gave me options for a current patient instead of a new incomer. There is another phone number I was given but it was a recording saying the person was on vacation through April and then the inbox was full.
