I hope all there changes make the employees life better. for the patients......it is literally killing them. how many doctors will you continue to lose. will the doctors from your clinic before or now ever follow up with their patients they put on medication that needs a doctors supervision? how many appointments will you cancel and never ever reschedule.....by the way....too late cause she's dead. your clinic is horrible. how about you get a new room to segregate the poor from the rich, already the ones with appointments ca... read more

I thought I found a good physician. Turns out not so much. This clinic is ALWAYS overbooked. You will wait and wait well past your appointment. If however you are late, oh boy! Expect a nastygram from them tell you that you are on “Probation”. I have now been waiting 48 hours for call back. I was told I’m “high priority” Time to find an ethical provider that isn’t run with an airline overbook attitude.
Bottom line is this clinic is to small to be a walk in clinic. Faster wait times at the er. They simply do not have the staff to operate as a walk in clinic. I recommend driving elsewhere. I drove an hour to get to a different clinic and was still in faster than this clinic said their wait time was. Their waiting room is very small and cramped. The parking lot is small. And the lines were out the door.
staff is very friendly, nurse is always ontop of calling me right back, and my doctor actually listens to me. they have been nothing but helpful while we all try to figure out my medicine that i cannot find anywhere!
Very poor. Recommend staying away. Unprofessional office and treatment, or rather lack of it. There must be better available in Anacortes.
