Don't talk to people on the phone in a nasty rude manner like they are inconveniencing you. Clean your exam rooms between patients. When I was last in the exam table was smeared with something from the last pet and there were nail trimmings on the floor. I called today for an appointment and got treated like an annoyance and threatened that if I can't bring in a fresh stool sample--because I'm too stupid?-- then the dog would be kept in the hospital at great expense until they could get the sample themselves. Had our cocoa in today for a check and vaccines. These people are the best, and very friendly. I highly recommend them.
Dr. Erc and staff are very intuned to the needs of the animals. We have great service: office visits, grooming, and overnight stays. The staff took special care of our aging dog with congestive heart failure. Eric monitored her medication which gave us more time to be with our precious love and he supported her and us when she crossed over. We will continue working with the AVC staff with our other animals. We are grateful to have this service in our small community.
