Great Staff! Good store
I called ahead to make sure that the store had what I wanted in my size. Jack exercised great initiative and looked up my previous purchase and then made sure that there was actually the correct pair of boots that I was after on the shelf. Outstanding customer service. With staff like Jack in the team, I’ll definitely be back.
They are willing to price match and I got a heaps good deal on my BG MQ. Also very friendly staff that are knowledgable with fishing gear.
Jackson in the shoe department is brilliant. Such a pleasant young man, knowledgeable, helpful and personable
