Tried to charge me $100 for the smallest bit of makeup left on 3 towels - this was the absolute worst check out, yes check OUT experience of all time. Got a call from the front desk shortly after I checked out and the front desk guy was telling me that I stained all the towels in the room and they would need to charge me $100 for them, WHAT?! Checked in and front desk was polite. The room was fair for a safe place to sleep but not clean. There were crumbs on the left side of the bed and hairs in the tub! The biggest issue was the clogged tub in our room, 202. Disgusting, as the water filled in the tub during our shower there was filth floating from the drain and our feet were submerged in bacteria I didn’t feel clean. CLEAN ROOMS VERY CLOSE TO THE FERRY BED ARE VERY COMFORTABLE ,
Very nice and clean. Front office staff was super nice and helpful. Quiet location and easy parking. We would stay there again!
