Had a great experience with Anacapa Plumbing. Nate showed up on time with sufficient communication, was super professional, and explained everything clearly as he worked. He found the issue quickly and fixed it without trying to upsell anything. Fair pricing and solid work, I’d definitely call them again! Thank you!!!!
He arrived 49 minutes late Despite knowing the request was to program our tankless water heater to provide instant hot water, the service man new little more than how to remove the faceplate. He called “tech support” only to find our model could not be programmed. This should have been known before arriving not information that costs the customer 165 dollars an hour for the plumber to get from tech support. Seems he was more concerned with maximizing the billable hours rather than serving us. Disappointing experience
We love Anacapa Plumbing! Work with them all the time for my home and business needs. They are responsible and efficient. They communicate well and do what they say. Sharin the owner is very professional and knows his trade well. Been working together on dozens of projects - maybe even hundreds - for the better part of almost 2 decades now. We so appreciate his service. His team’s hard work and support have gotten us through many situations and it’s always a pleasure. Highly recommend!
Called Anacapa for plumbing issue at my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the service from the Initial phone call with Stephanie they were professional, friendly, and accommodating getting someone sent out right away .
