This is the worst and most inconvenience Doctors’s office we have ever visited. Everybody at the front has a different say so and has a different story every time we call. I have a handicap, brother who has been in a hospital bed for two weeks with no wheelchair and unable to go to his day program and do his daily tasks. The only person who is The real MVP of this business is Trevor. He’s very helpful and likes to listen and get things done. We need more Trevor’s in this office. Great overall service from this medical team. They make you feel at home, helping you with your needs and making it all worth it to keep coming back.
Very frustrated with just the phone service, never even got to be seen by the doctor. The first time I called the female receptionist was just rude, I simply just wanted information and make sure this was the right fit for me. I’m so used to being a Kaiser patient, I’m sure she was busy but the call never took longer than 5 minutes of her time.
