Dr Annabelle Morales is the best doctor I have ever had. She is thorough, caring, and personable. When she moved, I stayed with her even though it is an hour commute each way because she is worth it! One note: the wait times are long. Because she works for a giant medical conglomerate, she does not control her own appointment times, and apparently they only allow 15 minutes for each appointment. This doctor is continuing to show she doesn’t care about her patients. Apparently UH bought out Lake Health and now because the doctor doesn’t like UH her patients are suffering. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR She will cancel appointments, not respond to calls or emails. She no longer cares. From a Former Patient.
This Dr Cancelled appointments 2x for my wife because she didnt want any new patients. No other referral fo another Dr . No communication whatsoever. My wife waited 2.5 months for an appointment only to get cancelled the day before due to not accepting any more new patients. Receptionist squeezed innanother appt two weeks later only to get cancelled via text one hour before the appointment. Doesnt seem to care about the needs of a new patient. I have a very hard time getting through to the doctor morales, the nurse Nancy is no help.She's very rude and doesn't call me back!!!
the person from the office called me a day before my appointment to tell me there's no reason to see me and they cancelled my appointment. she said dr morales looked through my charts and blood tests and saw no reason to see me and saw no doctor referral to go to her. even though there's major family history in autoimmune and I deal with symptoms daily anyway. Thanks for waiting a day before my appointment to tell me that even tho this has been scheduled for like 5 months!
