I brought my 10-year-old twin daughters in after a beach holiday, as their hair had become severely matted. Before attending, I called the salon and clearly explained the situation, including that I had already tried at home to detangle and reduce the mats. I was told this would be looked at. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely upsetting. Instead of being spoken to with care, my daughters were made to feel embarrassed and uncomfortable. Today I had my hair trimmed and styled by Claudia. The professional care she gave was wonderful. But more importantly the time I spent with her was delightful. Claudia is effervescent, friendly and converses easily with clients of all ages. As an older lady I felt comfortable chatting with her about a range of topics and really enjoyed my appointment.
