I was a loyal customer for 6 years. Never going back again after they practically scammed my sister on her formal day. They were about to cancel last minute, we begged to keep the appointment, then she had to come in with wet hair for the blow wave and cut. What salon makes you come in with wet hair? When you get a blow wave the treatments and wash is apart of the service.. then they proceeded to not only charge full price service but OVERCHARGED us! Today I had my hair trimmed and styled by Claudia. The professional care she gave was wonderful. But more importantly the time I spent with her was delightful. Claudia is effervescent, friendly and converses easily with clients of all ages. As an older lady I felt comfortable chatting with her about a range of topics and really enjoyed my appointment.
