I called early in the morning. They were able come out same day and quickly remove 3 stumps at a very reasonable price.

Had two huge stumps ground by Lucian after the first guy I hired failed to bring the stumps below grade do to the rocks he was running into. Lucian did the hard work of clearing the rocky Covington soil around the stumps first and then he ground the stumps 21 inches below grade for me so I could plant a new tree there. I mean, who does that? No one else would do that for me. He’s like a master tree grinder going that deep, I was impressed for sure. Big rip off, dishonest, not fair. The owner, Lucian himself was out with his equipment grinding a stump for my neighbor. Since he was here already and all set-up (so, no travel time or any of that type of overhead), I asked if he could take a look at 2 old stumps in my yard. He indicated he would need to use all kinds of grinders and diggers etc. and that we would need us to get parked cars out of the way. Our neighbors used this company back in September to remove a tree that was close to our driveway. Not only did this company damage an entire bush during their stump grinding process but they shattered my back window on my truck. We contacted Lucian who proclaimed he used a tarp to deflect loose rocks and projectiles and that it wasn't him, however our ring camera clearly shows otherwise. Transplant of one tree and pruning of another was good. Tree removal was a big job. Crew left a lot of wood chips/debris in the area - a mess. Fence was damaged in being removed, and there was no "find a way" to repair it - blamed the fence for being old. Added a job on the spot for my neighbor the same day as my job. Was recommended to me. I am not sure I would have selected had I researched more bids. Listen carefully when interviewing. I will not recommend this provider.
