The service over the phone is terrible!! The womans voice on the phone was very sarcastic and totally un-helpful. I just hung up and feel like I received absolutly no help! Very unprofessional
It is not customary that i write reviews, however i have a small business and i am finding that small businesses are helped by the reviews that people write when the company performes good services and only then good services. Dont expect a clean paved lot, or a fancy office, but the job they did for me was OK. I was involved in an accident, and the Park Police had the car towed by AnA, so I had nothing to do with the choice of companies (nor was I in any condition to pull out a yellow pages). I went the next day to pick up my belongings, and found that the lady behind the counter was quite friendly and helpful. I would urge anyone looking for a towing company to look past ANA Towing. I have never met a group of more unprofessional, unexperienced, and unintelligent people in my life. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!
