Ana is the BEST! I just purchased my second home with her and I’d never use anyone else. She’s knowledgeable, honest, reliable and very responsive. I highly recommend Ana for all of your realtor needs! She is absolutely amazing and will work with you every step of the way. I used Ana on my 1st home purchase and recently used her on my 2nd and each time she was there to listen and understand my individual needs. Ana is a true FIDUCIARY who will always act on her client’s best interests and ferociously negotiate for them even when it means lessening her take-home pay in the process. On this last purchase (Feb 2021), she saved me $30k from the final sale price of $300k in addition to negotiating a tank removal which was another $2-3k as well as getting the Seller to make some repairs that I never thought the Seller would do.
