I happened to be in the spa when the owner was on a business call. I am not sure who she was speaking to but her demeanor was so rude almost to the point of mean. I was appaled that she would treat someone like that, then hang up and put a fake smile on and talk to her client all sugary sweet. I believe as a business owner you should conduct yourself with professionalism in all aspects of life.
I tried to book an appointment and the owner Ana was very unprofessional and rude.

The worst experience ever! Ana Molinari team was doing make up and hair for my wedding, and it was horrible, they even admitted it and gave some money back. It was 4 people for make up and hair and only 1 person Knew what she was doing. I had a make up trial before the wedding, and she made me look like a clown, when I asked her to try something else she refused, but it had to pay for that!!!!!Make up people there very unprofessional, at least the ones she sent for my wedding, kids can do better then that! Frederique and Corinne did my hair and makeup and I felt like a Queen! They did such an amazing job! I received compliments all night. Cannot thank these ladies enough �

Stumbled upon a this very cute little boutique and spa. Lucky for me, I was able to get squeezed in for a manicure. The staff was sweet, but the manicure could use some work.
