The front office staff was helpful; my appointment was on time; the medical assistant(Lark) was kind and knowledgable, and Dr. Gray was excellent -- very caring and knowledgable. I've never had someone ask "May I begin?" before doing a pelvic exam before. It is a wonderful acknowlegement that my body is *mine,* and I truly appreciate it!! Thank you!

I’ve been coming here for nearly two years and I’ve had repeat issues with my prescription, despite multiple appointments trying to fix it. Voicemails go unanswered and I have to go in person just to be able to speak to someone. Now I’m paying out of pocket and having to go a week without my pill because of an issue I flagged months ago. Plus, I wouldn’t recommend this office for someone seeking gender affirming care. I think they mean well, but they have no idea how to go about caring for a gender queer person. I had an excellent experience with this OB-GYN. The doctor speaks Spanish, my preferred language, which made communication very easy and comfortable. She was very attentive, explained every procedure in detail, and patiently answered all of my questions. She performed my exams, including my Pap smear, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the visit. I truly loved the care I received.
