She took my in as a patient when I was very frustrated with my surgery. I was in a lot of pain after I had my hysterectomy. I believe I had an infection from surgery and she helped me with the pain.
I’ve been coming here for nearly two years and I’ve had repeat issues with my prescription, despite multiple appointments trying to fix it. Voicemails go unanswered and I have to go in person just to be able to speak to someone. Now I’m paying out of pocket and having to go a week without my pill because of an issue I flagged months ago. Plus, I wouldn’t recommend this office for someone seeking gender affirming care. I think they mean well, but they have no idea how to go about caring for a gender queer person.
