She’s very through and attentive and I’m so happy with my treatment I’ve had with her.
I've had three sets of blood work showing little to no cortisol. Which made ALL my health anomalies make sense. But I wanted more detailed information. I needed deeper answers. On a referral I had Dr Rivas retest it. During my appointment with her, she was arrogant and rude. Telling me my blood work didn't mean anything. I drove 90 miles and met with her earlier this week and she was amazing! She was very kind, professional and thorough and I walked out of her office with a plan on how to improve my situation. The relief to have an actual plan after months of waiting (on other doctors' offices in my area that are all booked up) feels like a huge weight has lifted.
I accompanied my mother, which is a new patient of Dr. Rivas today. We were really impressed with how she dissected the thyroid function and overall treatment plan. She’s very thorough, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I was amazed at the amount of time she spent with us. Overall, a great experience.
