If you make an appointment to see Dr. Ferrer for a six month checkup, you need to ask “will Dr. Ferrer be in that day?” Yes, you heard me right - she is often not there and they want you to come back to see her another day. This has happened to both me and my husband. Also, I had a crown put on that wasn’t tall enough, didn’t reach my gum, so that three years later, it broke, fell out and I had a cavity underneath.
