Ana was amazing. She's a lion when it comes to negotiating with buyers and all the trades we needed to get this 60 year old house through to the finish line. She knew that the estimates to repair something were super inflated and went the distance to get a fourth estimate which came in at almost half of what the lowest of the other estimates were.
