The Best at it. I’m black American and I get a roller set every time I’m there! Ana and Kathy are wonderful!
I went for a wash and set and left with some type of straightening product on my hair. I have gone to Ana before so I am completely disappointed with her . My hair was completely natural . I went last Saturday and this week I washed my hair and it’s straight like I had a relaxer. Very disappointed! I did not ask for any chemical to straighten my hair.
I’m so disappointed!! I’ve been going to Ana for a while ( despite her damaging my natural curls). Today BEFORE getting washed I asked for a roller set. She said okay. After I was washed she told me NO, my hair was too thick for a roller set. ( I attached a picture). I have very thin, fine hair. Because she declined my wishes. I left with a wet head. Today was my last day. If you are African American she will not do a roller set.
HORRIBLE. I asked for a specific type and way I wanted my bangs cut. While explaining, the lady in the back (not Ana) kept interrupting me and telling me that my hair looked the way it did because of the way I styled it which was totally untrue. She didn't even wet my hair and started blow drying it when it was already dry. She proceeded to do a straight harsh cut in the middle of my bangs and then all the way across.
