I wish I can give her ZERO star. She took the medical oath and declaration but refused to see patient who contracts the infectious disease in the office, nor referred the patient to see the specialist. She can simply prescribed the antiviral medicine to treat and prevent the patient developing complications. The standard treatment is not new and is online and a phone call away to her colleagues in the transplant team. I always have the best experience seeing Dr Corteguera. I have seen her for years! Appointments are pretty close to time so wait time isn’t crazy. she and her staff are professional and to the point. I drive 30 mins to see her. ❤️
We love Dr. Corteguera and her nurse Maricela!!! Very caring and responsive. Takes her time and does not rush you out of office like many other docs. Communication through my chart is so quick and effective.
