I saw this doctor today and she literally made me cry. She was so uncaring and rude. I have a bone infarct. I was referred to her by phelps health and recommended to follow up with an oncologist so I was referred to her. I was there waiting for over an hour just for her to tell me there was nothing she could do and that the bone infarct wasn't causing my pain.. I had to have someone drive me up there. This doctor was a waste of time. Did not know what she was talking about and was quite rude. Save yourself some time and go someplace else.
Just another no answer, uncaring, unhelpful, referral. She made me feel I wasted her time. Unconcerned with current problem. Didn't bother to ask how I was.
My daughters and I were in a severe car wreck. It wasn’t until two weeks later that I woke up from my coma and learned about all of our injuries. Having Dr. Belzarena gave me a peace of mind, knowing that my two girls were getting the best orthopedic care there was. Not being able to be there with your children is so hard as a mother. Dr. Belzarena and her team kept me and my family up-to-date on their care. It truly is a gift to have a doctor for your children who care as much as you do for them.
This doctor is a rare find. I would give her 10 stars if I could! Dr. Ana Belzarena Genovese is one of the best doctors I have ever known.
