I always had reservations regarding therapy or counseling of any type. I was reluctant to share my personal thoughts and beliefs with anybody, let alone somebody i did not know. Anna allowed me to discuss issues at my pace and comfort level. All without judgement. While offering positive solutions and different avenues of thinking. When I'm physically out of shape I go to the gym, I know my body needs it. What happens when I'm mentally out of shape? I go to see Ana Arguello. Invest in yourself with solid therapy. I would bet that most people need it, whether they admit to it or not. I know I did, and Ana helped me greatly in navigating through a rough patch. I like to refer to her as Dr. Ana. Ana truly cares about people, actually all living things, but people in particular. It is that authentic energy you will find when in her office. You will also find a whole lot of other really cool stuff! Anyway, I highly recommend Ana to any and all that need a thoughtful ear and some really great feedback! Definitely gives me lots to think about, and has helped me through some tough times.
