I do not hold anything against Dr. Niehoff yet. However, the below must be known. The organization of the administration effort needs improvement. I was informed on the day of the appointment that there was a change to the Dental Insurance Policy to an out of network policy. I did however receive a notification claiming the change will be in effect on June 20th 2022. On the other hand, their representative stated that date is wrong and claimed the date to be May 20th and supposedly sent a corrected email. I never got it and ... read more
My family and I have been patients of Dr. Ana Niehoff and Beachside Smiles for several years and highly recommend this office. Dr. Niehoff, Kathy and Lisa are truly amazing, sweet individuals who really care about their patients. Dr. Niehoff possesses the highest integrity and has never recommended treatment unless absolutely necessary. I could not be more satisified with the dental work provided to my family and I.
Dr. Ana and team are wonderful! Front desk is very organized and friendly, never a wait when I arrive, easy parking, and they are honest (won’t do unnecessary dental work like other dentists do). Highly recommend!
