The pho and bun bowls and fine but ive tried a few other dishes and they never seem to be well executed. French dip banh mi had very chewy brisket that made for a poorly constructed sandwich. And the mi ga xio mo (fried chicken noodle soup) came out raw and they just took it back and refried it. The egg rolls are pretty disappointing as well loose filling, no lettuce, herbs, or pickled veg and they are served with sweet chili sauce instead of noc cham. I think they should simplify the menu and focus on nailing each dish.

Amazing food. Nice comfy atmosphere. New restaurant worth a trip for sure. I had BBQ pork chowmein: 10/10. They have Pho, vermicelli bowls, fried rice, pad Thai chow mein and more
