They keep changing doctors every few months and they don’t know your files and personal yourself .. dislike the fact that it’s impossible to talk over the phone . Joke of a service .
cannot stress how low the standard of care is here enough. the psychiatrists simply do not care whether you live or die. in serious need of sensitivity training and actually listening to patients when we speak. extremely passive aggressive and generally cold. go to your gp, stay as far away from here as possible. however reception staff + mental health nurses are lovely
Reception are horribly rude would totally put you off seeking help.
