My mom went to An & Spa today because she needed a massage after an extremely stressful week. Her mom just had knee replacement surgery and needs to transition to rehab and physical therapy, so my mom has been dealing with a lot. I recommended this place because I've been there before and thought their massages were good and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, her experience was extremely disappointing. Writing on the behalf of a family member: "I felt very violated right from the beginning when they didn't offer a towel to cover myself with. The masseuse was highly unprofessional, during my massage would walk in and out to greet other people. Towards the end, she asked to massage my chest, keep in my I am not covered. Unfortunately probably a happy endings type of place. Never again"
