Severe control issues, her way or the highway. She’s only in it for the buck. Never available when needed and never available for appointments she created. Always an hour late, preventing us from getting a much needed prescription. She makes it extremely difficult/impossible to get the treatment you need. To her, SHE’S the most important person in the room

Dr. Phan is very competent and current in her medical knowledge. She's been my primary care doctor for many years and I'm grateful. I arrive on time and never have to wait long. When I've had an urgent issue, Dr. Phan still manages to fit me into her schedule. Her assessment and recommendations of my overall health helps position me for a healthier future and her diagnoses of my occasional illnesses has been accurate, leading to a speedy recovery.
Dr Phan is a wonderful, caring, and thorough doctor. I feel very lucky to have found such a fabulous primary care. She is sincere, warm, and truly tried to help you. I am grateful for Dr. Phan.
I e been seeing her for years complaining of back pain which she is dismissive of. Got worse over the years and now affecting other things. Had to beg her for referral to pain clinic. They don’t have the specialist I need. Dr Pham won’t write another referral because she doesn’t know who to send me to so she doesn’t do anything. I’ve been suffering for over a year with what I think and been reading of pudental nerve entrapment.
