I e been seeing her for years complaining of back pain which she is dismissive of. Got worse over the years and now affecting other things. Had to beg her for referral to pain clinic. A medical license doesn’t necessarily make someone a good doctor. After my appointment with Dr. An Phan, I left feeling judged, dismissed, and misunderstood. The experience was so upsetting that it took me a week to process. From the start, Dr. Phan vented about her profession. After learning about my career, she suggested I become a nurse because of the better pay relative to education requirements. Dr. Phan has been me and my wifes physician for about 16 months now. She is very thorough and friendly. I would recommend her services to anybody on the south shore. I have had nothing but positive experiences in her care.
