I love ccoming here. Vera and all the ladies are very nice and professional. Recent remodeling and it looks Great! I highly recommend.
I truly hate giving a bad review. I've been here a few times and all was well with my SNS. ONE set was a little thick and lumpy but I could live with that. Next few times we're great. This past time the lady drimeled my nails so firmly it burnt my thumbs. She has left my nails so thin. They are sensitive and actually hurt on some spots after I had them removed. You can see the Dremel marks on what's left of my nails. I should have stopped her after the first nail and left. But you trust they know what they are doing.
Love Katie so much!! She consistently makes my nails perfect every 2 weeks. The atmosphere is relaxing & prices are fair!
I typically love the service here. I brought my 5 year old daughter today who wanted to check it out before getting a pedicure herself. I asked 3 times if there was an extra chair that she could sit in, with the nail tech looking at me and not acknowledging my question. She then asked me multiple afterwards if my daughter wanted to get her nails done. It just felt like she couldn’t have a seat unless she was spending money, which was upsetting.
