I truly hate giving a bad review. I've been here a few times and all was well with my SNS. ONE set was a little thick and lumpy but I could live with that. Next few times we're great. This past time the lady drimeled my nails so firmly it burnt my thumbs. She has left my nails so thin. They are sensitive and actually hurt on some spots after I had them removed. You can see the Dremel marks on what's left of my nails. I should have stopped her after the first nail and left. But you trust they know what they are doing.
Love Katie so much!! She consistently makes my nails perfect every 2 weeks. The atmosphere is relaxing & prices are fair!
