Melissa was so kind and informative. We established a baseline and she helped me work through postural abnormalities and pain points. She also helped identify triggered muscles and gave me at home tips. After working with her I feel grounded and aware of my body as well as relaxed. HIGHLY recommend!!
Before I started working with Melissa I had constant joint pain. Sitting was particularly uncomfortable. Getting through my workday was difficult and sitting in a car or airplane was torture. After completing the 12 series the pain is gone. I am very grateful that the treatment was so successful and I can get back to normal life.

Melissa is very kind and truly a skilled professional. Working with her has helped improve my lower back pain and posture. I was very comfortable, informed, and felt wonderful after my treatment. Highly recommend!!
Results. Melissa evaluates your body and focuses on your specific needs. My lower back and shoulders were always sore because of poor posture and desk work. I’ve been to massage therapists before and never had anything other than short term relief. After the first visit with Melissa I was getting results. She worked with me on being mindful of my posture, dug into my muscles and fascia, and even educated me on what fascia is and what it does. With some homework stretches and a few visits, I’m on my way to fixing this body.
