If I could give zero stars I would - From a grieving sister, I was extremely disappointed by the way this company chose to contact “the family”. An employee named Ashley called at 6:19 PM—well after the company’s posted closing time of 5:00 PM. No voicemail was left, and when I returned the call, I was told it is their “standard procedure” to reach out to families one month after an obituary is published because the information becomes public record.
