I never actually got service here because I'm out of network, but I must say I am very impressed with the lady who answers the phones. She's an absolute gem.

This is a very unprofessional place .Ms Kim the dental assistant she vietnamese told me if I don't like the service to go somewhere else which is very unprofessional and did I hang up in her face after she raised her voiced yes I did. Never said the service was bad, All I ask if she can tell the doctor to be a little gentle in mouth when I get them cleaned im 8months pregnant with highly sensitive gums. Out of 50 years of seeing Dentist's in a few different states, this one was the worst. No consultation on the reason I was there. For an extraction. Instead they started cleaning my teeth, hit a nerve and the pain was so incredible. They finally extracted the teeth that needed to be pulled. The staff was kind considering I was in extreme pain. But the whole situation was in my opinion sloppy and unprofessional. I hope to see an itemized list, hoping I wasn't charged for anything extra.

Wesley and EZ, and Michelle and Dr Tuan Dao and the rest of the staff are simple amazing, they are in network for us and the cleaning and Wisdom Tooth Extraction was nearly painless. It would be 5 stars but there was quite a few Gnats and that's not great. But absolutely everything else was perfect!
