Very unprofessional and low quality work. Came in for a dental crown. The temporary had a large space between the gum and crown and was jagged. Dentist said it was “normal and to get used to it.” When I left the cement used crumbled and I came back within 30minutes of leaving to get it fixed. The receptionist and the dentist both yelled at me and told me I should’ve listened to them and not eaten on that side, I hadn’t eaten anything yet. I never actually got service here because I'm out of network, but I must say I am very impressed with the lady who answers the phones. She's an absolute gem.
This is a very unprofessional place .Ms Kim the dental assistant she vietnamese told me if I don't like the service to go somewhere else which is very unprofessional and did I hang up in her face after she raised her voiced yes I did. Never said the service was bad, All I ask if she can tell the doctor to be a little gentle in mouth when I get them cleaned im 8months pregnant with highly sensitive gums.
