We have been going to this dentist office for almost 8 years and recently they have had quite the turnover in office staff as well as dentists. We provided them with new insurance information prior to our appointment and at the appointment they stated that they did not know if our insurance would cover the exam and cleaning so they choose to not accomplish any of the procedures. The front office staff are the most unprofessional people I've ever encountered. They are rude, unfriendly and condescending. The dentist himself is absolutely fantastic. Does wonderful work and is ever so gentle. I would go back if I could get past the frontnoffice staff, but I can't, so I won't.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Not only was I able to watch TV during my dental procedure, they had a ton of magazines for me to look through as well. I barely even noticed that my dental procedure was going on because I was fully entertained the entire time.
