Bad service, wanted to schedule a separate cleaning appointment so they could collect an additional copay, dentist did not seem knowledgeable, charged me for serviced not rendered.

The dentist herself was sweet, however the rest of the staff needs additional training. After going to the dentist here, I left good to go. About 2 yrs later I see on my credit report that they have sent my bill to collections, (for a bill i never knew about or recieved). THEY entered my address incorectly, and i was able to request my original paper work i filled out to prove it, and so i never recieved a bill. They sent me to collections for a $27 bill, bc "i didnt pay it". They never owned up to their mistake, and blamed ... read more
