I had an excellent experience with an Elegant Affair! They made the process of choosing a dress fun and relaxing, and the alteration appointments were quick and easy. They always knew my name when I came in, and everyone was friendly. I got my dress, the bridesmaid dresses, and our tuxes from an Elegant Affair. Through it all, the customer service was phenomenal! :)

This is a great bridal store. They have a beautiful selection that you may not see in other stores. There is a nice selection to choose from without being overwhelming. Check it out of you are getting married!

An Elegant Affair is truly a wonderful place to shop for your wedding dress at. The staff is so friendly, patient, and helpful. Not once did they tried to pressure me into one dress over another or did they bring me a dress out of my price range. I am from West Des Moines and do not regret driving the 4 hour round trip to this shop. They have such a great selection of dresses that you cannot find anywhere else (trust me, I defiantly looked). An Elegant Affair is an amazing team to help find you the perfect wedding gown. They determined my style and found a few options that they believed would be the best match for me. Throughout the process they never pressured me into loving one dress vs another more. Jen helped me find the most beautiful wedding gown that I loved so much.
