An Elegant Affair was so helpful and welcoming. When I first went I narrowed my dress search down to 5 beautiful gowns then on my second visit found my gorgeous wedding dress. Jacy helped me all along the way with great customer service. Whenever I went back to the shop for fittings I was greeted by name, I had the greatest experience!

I visited Elegant Affair in Cedar Falls today with my Sister (who made an appointment ); the staff and the attendant assigned to her acted as if they could care less if she purchased a dress or not. The staff was dressed unprofessional and it was an overall unpleasant experience for my sister. FYI:Customer service is everything ladies......instead my sister went another bridel shop in Cedar Falls to make her purchase....where the customer service was exceptional!
Found my dress in my first visit to the shop, they were extremely accommodating to the 13 family members that came with me, and held the dress aside for me until there was a sale. Every time I went in the owner and employees were more than kind, they took the time to learn my name and always treated me like I was the only one in the store, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for wedding attire!

Found the most beautiful dress for my wedding day!! Want to thank the helpful staff who made it possible. I had options I wanted to try on and none of them worked. The lady that was working with me decided to bring me something she thought would look good on me and it was the one! I loved everything about it and it was the most perfect dress for our special day! Thank you so much!
