Holly was a God-send. She has worked with me for over a month in preparation for my marathon (TCS NYC Marathon, completed yesterday) and I couldn't have done it (and PR'ed on it!!!) without her valuable help. RecommendedI see Mike about once a month and he is hands down the person to go to! He is very professional and is always courteous. His massage skills are 5 star and I couldn’t ask for a more educated and well practiced masseuse! He knows his stuff.
No matter your level of athleticism, you need this in your life! Holly is amazing! I struggle with bi-lateral hip issues, causing my muscles to knot and tighten. Holly has helped me to not have to live in so much pain.
I’ve had knee problems for years. Recently I twisted it again. My knee swelled up and was very painful. Holly taped it up, the swelling was gone in two days and the third day the pain was gone. Highly recommend Holly at An Athletes Edge!
