I tried contacting someone of Arkansas Dermatology regarding a horrible day I had on May 27, 2025. I was given the run around, an attempt to transfer me to the billing department, and an insistence I give my name and birth date and much, much more information about the problem, being told I was not clear enough. I persisted until I was told someone named Heather would be contacted. I have called the Arkansas Health Department and Arkansas Medical Board. All the ladies that have taken care of me have been extremely nice. They have been extremely flexible in the sense that I've had to reschedule two appointments and they did that with no problem. They explain the treatment they're going to use to you and explain to you that if that doesn't work that I have other treatment options available. Enough cannot be said about how much I love Arkansas Dermatology! They treat you like family! The staff is amazing! Katherine McCrady is so caring and knowledgeable! Not to mention her Nurse the outstanding Morgan! She is just genuinely caring and wonderful! Thank you for making me feel special!
