I was a little weary about coloring my hair for the first time. Janet was the perfect person to do full highlights -- very subtle and natural looking. The staff was friendly and hospitable, offering a beverage while I waited and assistance when determining time frame for my next visit!

My hair is coarse and unruly and the only person that can cut it right is Philippe. We are also transitioning my hair from black to Auburn and he has managed to do it without frying my hair!
