Such an honest and fair roofing contractor! The owner, Shelby Cage will make you laugh. He's a really nice guy and takes the time to actually talk to and help you. Although I don't live in the Shreveport area, I have many friends and family members who do and I highly recommend this company to them all!
We just bought a house a year ago that they did the roofing on. Before we bought the house it was leaking so they came out and repaired it and the ceiling. It is now leaking in the same spot. They say the warranty isn't good because there was a 75.00 fee to keep it. We were never told this. We were told by the owner that the roof warranty was good till 2017. Prompt call back, professional sales force, very competitive pricing, and left site like they were never even there.
An Advanced Roof did a great job on our roof. Very professional crew, left the job site neat and cleaned away all debris. The job was completed in the time stated. The owner and office staff are easy to work with and keep you up to date on everything involving your roof. Our rooof looks wonderful, we will definately use An Advance Roof for any future roofing needs.
