AMZ Title is by far the worst title company I’ve ever dealt with. Their incompetence has caused immense stress for my elderly grandmother, who has health issues and just wants to move into her new home. Instead of acting as a neutral third party, they blatantly favored the other side, failing to notify both the seller and buyers about a Notice of Interest.
