I just had the best experience with my daughter. We walked in and were seated immediately. My daughter is 6 and the staff were so sweet to her. Her nails look great and they gave her a little manicure massage! My nails look amazing and the tech was detail oriented. I wish I had gotten her name!

My last experience was so bad it’s making me write this review. Not only did the nail tech get oil my sweater (and even wiped her hands on it), but the gel manicure I received was so poorly done I can’t even believe it. The manicure didn’t last a week and immediately lifted, the gel manicure wasn’t even fully cured because of the excessive polish on my short nails, and my nails are damaged from the drilling portion. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place.

I've been visiting the salon for several years ago, and it's a shame how the service has deteriorated. The salon apparently looks great, but the treatment is very rude. With the exception of one or two Amy employees whom I never saw again, the current ones have treated me very rudely, especially the oldest one. Poor thing, it seems she doesn't lead a happy life. I’ve been going to Amy’s for 4-5 months now due a higher wait time at another salon and I haven’t regretted it!! I would advice you call ahead, even on the day of, even if it’s a few hours or an hour before and asking if they’re able to do that service. I’m an acrylics girly and Amy (owner) and Henry have been so accommodating to my walk ins and last minute schedules! Very clean space, friendly, quiet and affordable! I definitely recommend for large groups because her salon is HUGE!!
