Probably the worst Amy’s I’ve been to. Ice cream is great as always, so two stars for that, but customer service was horrible. Water was completely empty. I waited until there was no one in line to ask the three employees behind the desk if we could get water. I was responded to with a shrug and “if you want to bring a cup over I can get you some from the sink.” Yeah, no thanks. Stopped by Amy’s Ice Cream today and had a fantastic experience. The place was winding down when I arrived, which worked out perfectly l,no crowds, no wait, just chill vibes and great service. The highlight? The guy behind the counter who made our ice cream. He was excellent friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what he does.
