Get better employees, terrible costumer service. One of the ladies was very nice and helpful while the other one today 5/2 acted like I ruined her day by coming into the shop. Won’t be returning. Unfortunately didn’t get her name but I’m willing to be it’s the same one multiple comments below have complained about. Awful.
I have been a 20+ year customer of Amy's. It is that good.
I started enjoying Amy's back in 1999....with Yes/ No sign by Shepard/59. Last time I visited their I10 Location. You guys shouldn't have taken out Snicker from your Menu, Dark Chocolate & Extra Snickers was a killer combination; and now I have to bring my own snickers. Staff is always superrrrrr nice and helpful. Thank you for having Vegan options. I have introduced Amy's Ice cream to several locals, including family members, relatives, friends, co workers etc. TIP - Please reopen another location by 59/Shepard/Rice Area...... read more
