Picked up a celebration flavor ice cream cake for a coworker from the heights location. We are located in Montrose but now that the location is permanently closed I had to schlep across town. The cake itself was great and the service was as well but the heights location is much smaller with much less personality than the Montrose location. Bummer to see it close but glad there is still a location in town.
The cashier Andria had took my order today and her customer service was just not up to par…. Once I walked in the store it already felt like I wasn’t welcomed at all. Her presence, voice and attitude all showed that she wanted me to just hurry and get my order over with. My topping for my ice cream didn’t even get mixed in like how it should be, I even got asked if I wanted my toppings to be cut up??? Like isn’t that normal procedure when it comes to that? Andria G worse employee I’ve encountered coming to any Amy’s ice cream, was excited to have my fav ice cream after a long day just to top it off with her customer service. Tried to make small talk to change her mood but her face card said it all- hurry up and leave. I suppose she didn’t want to clean the counter because she didn’t mix my toppings in my ice cream, I didn’t want to escalate and confront her about it because is not that serious but honestly I hope this comment brings attention to her lead and speak on this situ... read more
Andria took my order today @6:30pm. As a new customer I had some questions and she responded with a rude dismissive tone. Also, I thought toppings were supposed to be mixed into the ice cream before serving to the customers, yet my ice cream was given to me with a pile of sprinkles and Oreo on top … not mixed in what so ever. Not a good experience, customer service sucked . Won’t be coming back .
Best icecream place ever must try chocolate and coffee!!
