Extremely disappointed with the service. I ordered a brownie sundae, and the staff member simply put the brownie in a plastic container and microwaved it. When I questioned this, I was told it was their only option. Definitely not the quality I expected for the price
Went to this location for the first time yesterday. The employee was coughing somewhat into her inner arm but basically everywhere. I didn’t even end up eating the ice cream because I was so grossed out. A comment was made if it was allergies but either way wear a mask if you’re serving food and coughing or stay home and call in sick.
