I actually used to really love this store, and the products are generally very high quality. However, my recent experience at the Hallmark shop on Route 59 in Naperville was extremely disappointing due to the poor attitude of the staff. As soon as I picked up an item to look at it, an employee came over and told me in a very rude tone not to touch the products. This happened several times. My friend and I went to this location and as soon as we got in the lady kept watching us like a hawk. Like we were going to steal something and when I ended up buying something she proceeded to stare down my friend who went outside and didn’t buy anything. Very uncomfortable experience and I will not be going back. Plainfield location is much better and friendly.

Great service from a very amiable lady! Such a huge choice of cards! I found lots of significant birthday cards for adults that I have been searching for for months!!
