Amazing!!!! Best hallmark
After going to two other Hallmark stores in Grand Rapids. The store had and knew what I was describing and looking for, I was looking for notes to sell socks for women.
I LOVE HALLMARK but the manager there is AWFUL! I asked him a question about the ornaments being on sale and he laughed in my face. I was stunned! He’s always snarky and rude and his customer service is awful!
Rude manager. He asked me twice if I needed help, I said I am just looking for stuffs for my kids and said no thanks. He followed me again and asked the same question that was asked 5 seconds ago. Like hello? Can a customer shop in peace? Second time he was rolling his eyes when I said no thanks. What a rude old man. If you can’t deal with customers shopping here, then don’t open the shop. Not going to shop here again.
Worst customer experience ever. Manager Jeff said as we walked into the store “what brings you into my store?” We had nothing in mind, so we said just that we were looking around. He replied with OK. Have a good day then bye-bye. And walked away. Thought it was a bit odd, but we continued to look. We later did have a purchase, and when I asked him to cash me out, he basically looked at me with a blank face and said well you blew me off in the beginning, so I turned my registers off because I had assumed you were not going to... read more
