As to the response to my negative review, be prepared for a plethora of lies and excuses. A quality control employee named Brenda DID come to our home the day after the so called cleaning. She was so appalled that she burst into tears. As for them leaving the door open to move in equipment and supplies, that is simply untrue. I asked one of the girls why the door was left open and she said it was to let fresh air in. They were using another door to bring in supplies.
Since I am still frequently asked by the company to leave a review, here it is. After over a year of using Amy's Green Cleaning, I have cancelled my bi-weekly service. Ali, the original cleaning tech assigned to my home, was great, and I have no complaints about her. After she was suddenly no longer with the company, I found my experience went downhill from there.
